We are an event management agency working with a range of clients who are organisers of business to business conferences and exhibitions across multiple sectors and as such data and information is central to the services we provide to those organisations.

Our clients operate exhibitions and events and our business is based on helping those clients make such exhibitions and events successful. We operate a variety of programmes for our clients who operate such exhibitions and events, such as facilitation of VIP and international delegations, hosted buyer programmes and content creation. Accordingly, our clients may collect personal data from you when you attend or register for an event or exhibition. In certain circumstances we may share your personal data with:

  • The clients who we provide services to, where necessary for the purposes of your attendance at exhibitions or events, and where we contact you via social edia platforms.

The length of time for which we will retain personal data will depend on the purposes for which it is retained. After we no longer need to retain your personal data, it will be deleted or securely destroyed.
